Every client has a different plan for their property, whether that be an outdoor kitchen, patio, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel or whole home remodel just to name a few. Below are just a couple examples of our processes for bathroom and kitchen renovation or remodels.
Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation Schedule (Cosmetic Remodel)
For cosmetic-only renovations, we will give an estimate to clients. For more extensive remodeling projects, we will need to see the design created from client to designer and have the selection budget for us to give an accurate estimate.

Phase 1: Pre-Construction (1–2 Days)
- Finalize design selections (tile, fixtures, finishes)
- Confirm material orders & delivery dates
- The scheduled project start date
- Set up dust protection and an access plan
Phase 2: Demolition (1–2 Days)
- Remove existing cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, or flooring
- Haul away debris
- Inspect framing, subfloor, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical; review any issues with client
Phase 3: Rough-In Work (5–7 Days)
- Plumbing for new fixtures
- Electrical for lighting, outlets, fans, etc.
- Framing (niche, bench, shelving, etc.)
Phase 4: Inspections (1 Day)
- Plumbing & electrical rough-in inspections
- Framing inspection
- Location verification of fixtures, niches, shelves, and benches (signed off by client)
Phase 5: Walls & Floors (2–4 Days)
- Install cement board / drywall and waterproofing as needed
- Tile installation (floor, shower walls, backsplash)
- Grouting
Phase 6: Paint & Finishes (1 Day)
- Paint walls
- Paint ceiling
- Touchup trim
Phase 7: Fixture Installation (2–5 Days)
- Install vanity, cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, shower glass, backsplash
- Install lighting and exhaust fans
Phase 8: Final Inspection & Walkthrough (1 Day)
- Final punch list
- Client walkthrough and sign-off
- Final clean-up

Remodel Schedule
Focused on single-room upgrades like kitchens or baths: planning, selections, demo, install, clean-up, and handover.

- Inspect framing, subfloor, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Review the findings with clients.
Licensed, Insured, & Warranty-Backed
- Relocate plumbing drains and backfill with concrete if needed
- Plumbing rough-in for new layout
- Electrical rough-in for lights, outlets, fans, etc.
- Framing adjustments (new walls, ceiling modifications, structural changes)
Phase 4: Inspections (1 Day)
- Plumbing & electrical inspections
- Framing inspection
- Location check and client sign-off
Phase 5: Insulation, Sheetrock & Paint (5–7 Days)
- Install insulation where required
- Hang sheetrock, tape, float, and texture
- Install trim (interior doors, casings, window stools and skirts, etc.)
- First coat of paint on walls and trim
Phase 6: Walls & Floors (2–4 Days)
- Install cement board/drywall, waterproof shower areas
- Tile installation (floors, walls, backsplash)
- Adjust the process if the flooring is wood, laminate, or LVP
Phase 7: Paint & Finishes (1 Day)
- Final coat of paint on walls and ceiling
- Touch-up trim as needed
Phase 8: Fixture Installation (2–5 Days)
- Install vanities, cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, and accessories
- Install kitchen backsplash
- Install shower glass, lighting, and exhaust fan
Phase 9: Final Inspection & Walkthrough (1 Day)
- Complete punch list items
- Client walkthrough and sign-off
- Final clean-up
